About me

I am Federica Mari, spiritual medium, and I am responsible for the personal data you share on this website. For any question, write to me at federica@federicamarimedium.com.

What I collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email and message, so I can reply to you (my legitimate interest). I delete messages after 12 months if we do not work together.
• Newsletter: your first name and email, to send you news about my demonstrations and workshops (your consent, given when you confirm your subscription). My newsletter tool also records whether you open or click my emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
• Sessions and workshops: your name, email and booking details, to arrange the session and keep my accounts (our agreement and my legal duty to keep tax records, usually for about six years). PayPal or Stripe handle payments: I never see your card details.
• During a session you may share personal information, for example about loved ones or your spiritual beliefs. I use it only for the session itself, with your consent. I do not record sessions or keep notes.

Who helps me

SiteGround (website and email), Kit (newsletter), Zoom (online sessions), PayPal and Stripe (payments). Some of them are based in the USA and use safeguards approved in the UK. I never sell your data.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to me and I will reply within one month. If you are not happy, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK data protection authority.
